A highly respected Training and Leadership Development Specialist experienced in planning creative and innovative training for small teams and large departments across a breadth of disciplines in the UK and worldwide. He was a former Army Officer which has gained him years of training and leadership 
experience and how to get the best from people. Resilient and self motivated with the know how of implementing difficult training strategies, often in extreme and stressful environments, characterised by high risk, rapid change and uncertainty. His facilitation and design of training interventions are innovative and creative, which have developed over the years globally in the UK, USA, Middle East and Africa.
He is a NLP Practitioner, ILM Certified Executive Coach , and has a Senior Membership of the City and Guilds Institute. Skilled in training needs analysis and passionate in performance coaching. His MSc in Leadership and Management, explored the relationship emotional intelligence has with transformational leadership.
